Costumer Support With Spanish And English

What You'll Do :
Provide support to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) across multiple channels – chat (live channel), email and phone (Outbound calls are mandatory for emails and highly recommended for chat, to ensure the query has been solved in a timely manner), both in Spanish and English;
Provide pre- and post-sales support for all self-service products;
Provide product and tool support to improve clients' experience;
Identify trends and solve problems facing multiple SMB clients.
What You Need :
Fluency in Spanish;
Proficient English communication skills;
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities;
Ability to multitask effectively;
Team-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment;
What we offer :
Full salary package of 1366€ / month;
Working hours: 40 Hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour) on a rotational shift pattern, Monday to Sunday from 07:00 to 00:00.
