Job Overview: We are seeking a diligent Content Moderation Specialist to join our team on-site at our LACS Anjos office.
In this role, you will moderate and review written content, focusing primarily on issues such as potential fraud and copyright infringement.
You will be responsible for handling incoming legal requests, ensuring compliance with policies and guidelines, and processing requests within agreed turnaround times and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities: Moderate written content, ensuring it adheres to company policies and addresses potential fraud and copyright infringement.
Review and process legal requests such as privacy claims, defamation, fraud, and falsification cases.
Stay updated on the latest client policies and guidelines.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks in accordance with agreed KPIs and quality metrics.
Work in a back-office environment, focusing on legal and policy-related content moderation.
Mandatory Skills and Requirements: Preferably: up to 12 months of experience in content moderation is an advantage.
Strong understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as FCR, SLA, and CSAT.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work within defined turnaround times.
Fluency in written communication in both German and English. On-site availability at our LACS Anjos office.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Contract Type: 2-month training agreement followed by a 1-year fixed-term contract with a 30-day probation period.
