The challengeCompliance: Support in the development of a group-wide compliance strategy, monitoring of compliance with laws, development and adaptation of internal rules;ESG: Taking over quarterly reporting for our investors (for the CoreMedia Portugal entity), ongoing development of reporting requirements, support for annual audits;Corporate Housekeeping: Drafting and adapting articles of association, bylaws and company resolutions;General insurance controlling: Support our group-wide administration and controlling of insurance policies;Banks / KYC: First point of contact for banks;Support in administrative tasks and office management-related activities.What you offerA well-completed commercial apprenticeship and/or at least 5 years of professional experience in the commercial sector, legal knowledge is an advantage;You have practical experience with ESG, experience in procurement is a plus;You love to take up and drive forward topics independently, working in a very independent, committed and structured manner;Confident handling of common software applications such as MS Office;You use your strong communication skills confidently and professionally in contact with all stakeholders in both Portuguese and English;Ability to interact effectively with other team members and be a team player;Curiosity and interest in innovation and technology.What we offerAn onboarding program to guide you through all the company's departments;Several amenities and perks;Unique office space in the historical center of Porto;All the benefits of a large corporation combined with an informal and friendly environment;A commitment to your development (we enjoy sharing and learning), with a career plan and regular feedback (regular 1-1 meetings and performance reviews).
