.Descrição We seek an experienced Chief of Staff to join our team at SheCodes. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and operational leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll be a key partner to our CEO, enhancing team efficiency and driving company growth through problem-solving abilities and passion for operational excellence. We are expanding rapidly with a global presence and hundreds of thousands of students. As Chief of Staff, you'll support the CEO, drive strategic initiatives, streamline internal processes, and foster team efficiency. You will act as a trusted partner to leadership, ensuring the organization's goals and operations are aligned and executed effectively. Key responsibilities include: Work closely with the CEO to drive key strategic projects and operational decisions. Serve as a liaison between the CEO and other team members, ensuring clear communication and follow-through on projects. Lead and manage special projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high quality. Optimize internal processes and workflows to improve efficiency and scale, implementing best practices for team collaboration. Conduct research and gather insights to support strategic planning, performance improvement, and growth initiatives. Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting agendas for leadership and team meetings. Facilitate regular progress meetings, track project milestones, and resolve bottlenecks across various departments. Assist with HR responsibilities, including recruitment, onboarding, performance tracking, and team development. Foster a positive, high-performance culture within the team, promoting a shared vision of SheCodes' mission. Support in financial planning, budgeting, and ensuring cost-effective operations. Requirements and Skills: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Chief of Staff role, project management, operations, or similar strategic leadership role. Proven ability to drive complex projects to completion and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Demonstrated experience in streamlining processes and improving operational efficiency. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically and proactively address challenges. Strong research and analytical skills, with experience in preparing presentations, reports, and strategy documents. Comfortable working with distributed and remote teams across different time zones. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and a high degree of professionalism. Familiarity with project management tools (e.G., Linear, Notion) and experience in HR, finance, or company operations is a plus
