We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Representative. In this role, you will: Conduct company research based on the ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) & outreach prospects with the custom and data-based approach. Utilize automation tools, cold calls, and custom emails to enrich the sales pipeline with new sales opportunities. Closely collaborate with the Sales Team to develop outreach strategies and generate opportunities to hit personal & team targets. Conduct discovery/qualification calls with Enterprise companies and C-level titles to identify potential needs/interests. Hit personal (monthly and quarterly) targets and contribute to the whole team's KPIs on closed deals, calls, emails, etc. Collect and update all prospect/company statuses into CRM (Hubspot) to track sales metrics and progress. Proactively share personal & client feedback and contribute to team projects and initiatives to enhance sales processes. Actively participate in education sessions and training and be open to sharing expertise and best practices. About You: Minimum 1 year of successful work experience in a BDR or quota-carrying Sales role. Experience with outbound lead generation. Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (cold calls, personalized LinkedIn messaging, etc.). Experience with prospecting tools & CRM. Experience in conducting calls with clients. Strong communication skills. Quick learner who can adapt to an ever-changing environment. Time management skills and the ability to work independently or under supervision. Hunger for feedback and coaching. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. What is there for you? Time Off: Vacation and public holidays following your country's regulations.
