Business Development Manager

.RWE, a global leader in offshore wind, aims to develop floating offshore wind projects along the Portuguese coast. With 19 offshore wind farms and 3.3GW of operating capacity, RWE is the second largest offshore wind developer worldwide. As we expand, we seek a Business Development Manager to join our Portuguese team, enhancing RWE's local capabilities in collaboration with internal and external partners. This role will focus on identifying business opportunities, managing local consents, engaging stakeholders, and developing environmental and supply chain strategies.The ideal candidate should have experience in renewable energy projects, with offshore wind being a plus, and a high understanding of stakeholder engagement. Experience in renewables development in Portugal, even if gained abroad, is highly valued. Given the market's early stage and growth potential, proactivity, creativity, and the ability to craft tailored strategies are essential.
