Business Developer

We are hiring for a growing international company with a strong presence across Europe, currently seeking a passionate and driven Business Developer to lead their expansion in the Portuguese market. Our client operates in project management, specializing in project controls, using data-driven insights to transform project data into knowledge. They provide tools and techniques to enhance project visibility, control, and ensure success across industries. Responsibilities: Utilize exceptional persuasive skills and deep knowledge of the construction and engineering sectors to engage with potential clients; Highlight the advantages of the software and service offerings in a proactive manner; Collaborate with software providers and internal teams to deliver optimal service and support to clients; Manage the entire salesprocess, from identifying prospects to closing deals, ensuring post-sale satisfaction; Consistently achieve sales targets and objectives; Report directly to the Country Lead and work closely with the international sales team. Minimum Requirements: Degree in Engineering or relevant field; Strong analytical and entrepreneurial mindset, with at least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the industrial, civil, or business engineering sectors; Fluency in English; Experience in software or construction and engineering is a plus; Knowledge of Oracle Construction and Engineering products; Flexibility to travel for business purposes.
