Responsibilities:

Support in modeling the processes based upon input collected via templates and interviews into the business process management tool of Webasto;
To collect input for processes to be modeled from the business functions located all over the world;
Support in training and e-learnings creation and maintenance for the education of business users which will be responsible for managing and operating business processes;
Support in analyzing and developing business processes and data structures.

Requirements:

College degree in Business Administration, Information technology, or similar;
Knowledge of BPMN 2.0 standards is a plus;
Passion for process modeling and designing;
Excellent communication skills and passioned for teamwork;
Knowledge of Office 365 key tools (MS Excel, MS PowerBI, etc.);
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
