Chainlink Labs was ranked in Newsweek's 100 Most Loved Workplaces 2023 in both the United States and United Kingdom.About The RoleThis is a career-defining opportunity to be a part of a fast-growing company that is successfully implementing a key piece of the world's blockchain infrastructure that will power the digital agreements of the future.As our Blockchain Partnerships Manager, you will play an important role in managing our existing partners through the integration process, expanding the partnership post-integration, and identifying future partners.Your ImpactOwn and manage and strengthen the relationships with blockchain partners that have integrated Chainlink services.Identify synergistic opportunities with blockchain partners and unlock partner buy-in for partnering further with Chainlink strategically.Engage with our Engineering and Product teams to align on the product integration roadmap, blockers, and potential solutions to bring more products live on our chain partners faster.Identify, pursue and secure critical strategic opportunities based on Chainlink priorities.Skills & Qualifications5+ years of partnerships/alliances or account management/sales/business development experience, preferably in technology businesses.2+ years of working experience in the blockchain space (experience with L1s/L2s or infrastructure players an added plus).Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - The ability to think strategically and to develop and execute innovative solutions.Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.Preferred QualificationsTrack record of structuring and closing large deal sizes in the Web3 infrastructure domains.Previous experience within venture capital settings is a plus.All roles with Chainlink Labs are global and remote-based.
