As a Blade Features Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of advanced blade features. You will take ownership of developing plastic add-on components, such as aerodynamical gadgets and covers. Key responsibilities include:
Planning, technical design, conceptualization, simulation, testing, documentation, and technical risk management.Providing comprehensive support across the value chain, from procurement and supplier qualification to production implementation, product and fleet quality management, and customer communication.As an add-on component responsible, you will:
Take ownership of add-on development, collaborating closely with blade designers, process engineers, aerodynamics specialists, and suppliers to ensure alignment and integration.Lead technical risk management efforts, including FMEA analysis, structural verification, and validation processes, establishing design standards and integrating them into receiving products.Be a bridge between the Blade Technology department and the organization.What You Need To Make a Difference A passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for:
