Join our dynamic RoadLogistics team.
Your Role As a Backoffice Specialist - Road Logistics (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the closure of all road transport orders.
This includes organizing and checking incoming invoices from different stakeholders, processing the invoices on the corresponding transport processes, estimating the costs, and sending documents to customers.
Your Responsibilities Check all the documents received from operators, partners, and suppliers.
Make a crosscheck to the costs billed.
Ensure data entry.
Allocate and accept de invoices on the corresponding transport processes on the internal system.
Estimate the costs.
Cooperating with other KN departments to ensure accurate exchange of information.
Bill the Customers and send to them transportation documents.
Guarantee the filing of the processes in digital and physical format.
Your Skills and Experiences Secondary education degree.
Experience in the Logistics industry (preferred).
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Process and administrative tasks oriented, attention to detail, and critical spirit.
Excellent planning and organizing skills, positive mindset, and strong team player.
Fluent in Portuguese.
