We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our client team in our Lisbon office.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to sales, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities:

Conduct market researches to identify potential clients and industry trends.
Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold emailing / calling, and attending industry events such as Tradeshows.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.


Build and Maintain Client Relationships:

Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the HORECA market as well as with Architects/Interior Designers and Lighting Designers.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Conduct regular client visits and follow-ups to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.


Achieve Sales Targets:

Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and agreements.
Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to close deals effectively.


Collaborate with Internal Teams:

Work closely with the marketing manager to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Coordinate with the product development team to provide customer feedback and insights.
Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of products.


Reporting and Analysis:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.



Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
More than 2 years proven experience in sales, preferably in B2B and in the lighting or related industry.
Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Proficient in CRM software (Odoo is a plus) and Apple OS suite / Microsoft Office Suite.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Comfortable with and self-sufficient during independent business travels.
Fluent in English. French and/or Mandarin is a plus.
