We are looking for an Application Specialist with hands-on help desk experience and troubleshooting skills.

Providing 3rd line functional and technical advice to internal end-users;
Troubleshooting application issues;
Resolving and escalating issues in the Service Management tool;
Cooperating with other company support teams;
Supporting new version releases;
Running trainings for application Super Users;
Writing knowledge base articles.
