If you're passionate about numbers and want to be part of a dynamic tech environment, we'd love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities: Invoicing and Billing: Be part of the billing and invoicing process and collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate billing.Financial Internal Reporting: Contribute to the preparation of financial reports, summaries, and analyses as needed.Assist in Audits: Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.Customer Communication: Interact with customer and internal teams to address financial inquiries and resolve issues.Financial Recordkeeping: Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.Ad Hoc Tasks: Undertake special projects and ad hoc tasks as assigned by the finance team.Minimum Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Proven experience in accounting and billing and invoicing roles.Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent organisational and time-management skills.Fluent in English.Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced tech environment.The Devoteam Group works for equal opportunities, promoting its employees based on merit and actively fights against all forms of discrimination.
