We're currently seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to join our growing 'Go-to-Market Dream Team' in Lisbon. In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our next phase of growth and company impact.
Please note: We welcome candidates who are willing to relocate to Lisbon. What you'll be doing:We're in the process of scaling Sama, and our success starts with new business. Be ready to be the CEO of your territory, from finding, meeting, negotiating, and closing new clients.
You'll take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
What you'll need to succeed: Have a minimum of 3 years experience as an Account Executive in a SaaS business Proven track record of consistently delivering high levels of success in B2B complex sales Have a natural ability to build and maintain rapport with a diverse range of stakeholders Obsession with building end-to-end sales systems and processes that fuel sustainable revenue growth Demonstrated ability to meet, and exceed KPIs Be fluent and incredibly articulate in English, both verbal and written What people would say about you: You have an ??entrepreneurial mindset and are autonomous You're able to work in an environment with limited structure and processes You're excited to tackle new challenges head-on You're extremely curious New opportunities and potential challenges excite you You have a bias for action—you're a doer You're open, trustworthy, and committed You're a team player What you'll get: €60,000 - €80,000 + commission + equity.
