Signing bonus: €2000! (€500 paid after 3, 6, 9 & 12 months)
Working Schedule: Monday-Saturday (7:00 – 19:00) – 40 hours/week, including Public Holidays (Days off: Sunday + 1 rotating day)

Your responsibilities:

Answer customer questions in French via phone, email, and chat.
Provide the best information and solutions for their concerns.
Respond quickly and accurately to meet customer needs.
Log interactions and follow cases until resolved.

Our expectations:

You speak French proficiently
Intermediate English level (min B2)
Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Lisbon
You are self-motivated, and you enjoy working in a team

Main duties:

Full-time employment, 6 months fixed-term renewable contract

Work in our modern office in Lisbon, Parque das Nações
Training is provided at the beginning of the work, previous experience is not required

Salary and bonuses:

895€ gross/month x 14 months – basic salary
Up to 100€ gross/month performance bonus
Meal allowance: 7.23€ NET/day on a voucher card (approx. 145€ NET/month)
20€/month transport allowance

Relocation package:

Flight Ticket Reimbursement after 6 months
Possibility of accommodation in a company-owned apartment
